BUSINESS SYSTEM 360

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Business System 360, operated by Tax Max Software Solutions, collects, uses, protects and handles information when you use our website, mobile application and related services.

Information we collect

We may collect account and contact information such as your name, email address, phone number, user ID and business profile information. We may also collect information you choose to enter into CRM, referral, marketing, form-definition, school, analytics, agreement and support features, including professional preparer information such as a PTIN and compensation-agreement terms.

How we use information

We use information to create and manage accounts, provide requested features, authenticate users, personalize the platform, operate CRM and referral tools, provide customer support, maintain security, prevent misuse, improve product performance, analyze product interaction and comply with legal obligations.

Payments

Payments may be processed by Apple, Google Play, PayPal or another disclosed payment provider. Business System 360 does not receive or store your complete payment-card number or bank credentials when payment is handled by those providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Connected services

If you connect a third-party service such as Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive or another supported provider, the connection uses that provider’s authorization process. We use the minimum permissions needed for the feature you request. You can disconnect supported integrations through the platform or the provider’s account controls.

Analytics and product activity

We may collect product-interaction events, device or browser information, timestamps, feature usage and technical logs needed for analytics, security, troubleshooting and service reliability. Business System 360 is not intended to use cross-app tracking for targeted advertising.

Free resources and website sign-ups

When you request a free resource on one of our pages, such as the Free Business Growth Kit, we collect the name and email address you enter, the optional business type you choose, and basic sign-up details: the page you used, the date and time, any campaign tag in the link and the website you came from. We save this in our customer relationship management (CRM) system so we can see who requested the resource and what you agreed to. Marketing email is optional. We record that you agreed only if you tick the box, we do not treat an unticked box as consent, and we do not send marketing email to people who did not agree. To opt out of marketing email, or to ask us to correct or delete your sign-up, email info@taxmaxsoftware.com. Do not enter Social Security, bank or tax-return details in these forms.

What not to upload

Do not upload or enter Social Security numbers, taxpayer names, tax returns, tax documents, dates of birth, government-ID images, passwords, complete payment-card numbers, bank credentials or unrelated sensitive personal data unless a specific feature clearly states that it is approved and secured for that purpose. Payroll-calculator inputs are not intended to be stored.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us host, authenticate, communicate, process payments, analyze performance, secure the platform or provide requested integrations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and satisfy legal obligations. Some records may be retained after account deletion when required for fraud prevention, accounting, payment disputes or legal compliance.

Security

We use administrative, technical and access controls designed to protect account information. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their credentials, using authorized devices and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of eligible personal information. You may also disconnect connected services and manage certain account preferences. We may verify identity and authority before fulfilling a request.

Children

Business System 360 is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the general platform.

Pre-App Store verification

Before App Store submission, the Privacy Policy and App Store privacy disclosures must be reconciled against the final production SDKs, integrations, connected services, analytics, network destinations, data flows and the privacy report generated from the final production build. Any difference must be corrected in both the policy and App Store disclosures before submission.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform, integrations or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-app or account notice.

Contact

For privacy, access or deletion questions, use the in-app account controls or email info@taxmaxsoftware.com. Do not email passwords, taxpayer records, identification documents, banking information or completed sensitive forms.
